WebI don't know if that is the right way to add libraries, but what I did to add the fftw3 library was make an application (petalinux-create -t apps - n fftw -template --c\+\+ --enable), edit the bitbake file, and then copied a zipped folder of the fftw3 library into the files folder where the automatically generated Makefile and .cpp. This worked.
