WebFeb 1, 2024 · It uses a program called Control Center 3 which operates the scanner to my printer. It was working up to I believe January 16th, but as of January 18th, after getting a Microsoft update for Windows 10, this program no longer works. In doing a LOT of reading, I believe the issue to be maybe the removal of the Flash program.
